Paul's Recipe
1 tblsp olive oil
1 large chopped onion
3 lb ripe chopped tomatoes
small pat of butter
Sweat in a pan until softens. Add
2pt water
2 stock cubes
2 bay leaves
dash Worcestershire sauce
3 tblsp tomato sauce
Bring to the boil. Remove from heat and cool.
Puree mixture and sieve to remove skin and seeds.
Serve hot garnished with chives or parsley.
Will freeze well.
